This sticky is posted all across the forum, so you really have no reason to miss it.
If you want to share an image, please save it to your computer and upload it to your own account on whatever third party image host you like to use (Photobucket, Imageshack, tinypic or whatever), otherwise you will find your hotlinks being obliterated and warnings being issued. Hotlinks steal bandwidth and stealing is bad.
