WCIF No uniforms (at all) hack/mod

I am looking for a hack that makes all my sims wear no uniforms
(including my NPC's)

does someone know where I can get this (sims 2) hack?

For playables, you need Squinge's mod, called something like  WearAnythingToWork.  It should be here somewhere.

For NPCs,  you need to change their work clothes using the NPC Replacer from Simwardrobe. (http://www.simwardrobe.com)

sadly, with everything I do in the NPC replacer, I get an error  

but, after hours of time-wasting search on the internet I found a nice/noob friendly way to change clothes of NPC's,
