TS3 Rabbit Holes

I don't know if what is needed is a mod, hack, both, or none. 

TS3 is full of rabbit holes and I was wondering if a hack or mod could be made in order to make an object like a door or window do all the things a rabbit hole does. For example the hospital, hack a door into making the sim think it's still the big hospital and not just a door but that can be placed in any community lot or residential lot. The hacked object would not interfere with the sim in any way unless selected. If it i IS possible, could this be made for every rabbit hole 

i have searched MTS, Google, GoS but nothing came up.

Thank you for telling me, but I'm referring to just a door/window that will have all the rabbit hole's functions but not make the whole lot a rabbit hole. I apologize if I'm not making any sense

Try Custom Sims 3 http://customsims3.com/forums/thread-53.html.  Jynx has both doors and rugs that work in either community or residential lots. After checking myself, make sure you read carefully because it looks as if Timothy RedMist gave you a direct link to the same thing:
