WCIF: This Washer and Dryer

Okay so I normally play the Sims 2, but my friend got me hooked on the Sims 3. So, I've been going on a download spree and found a pic of a washer and dryer set that is absolutely lovely . Problem is, I can't find the download for it and other posts have been asking for it also with no response. If any of my Insim Family could help me out that would be highly appreciated.
