The Violet

This is a gift for a friend of mine, i built this to cheer her up a little after losing all her cc
it requires all the sims ep';s and sp's up to master suit. this lot has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. one of the bedrooms has some skill items in it but can be turned into a bedroom or nursery. has 2 garages enough space to park 4 cars. has 2 places for bikes inside one garage. it has stables to house 3 large horses and a big spare room above the stables with a spiral staircase going up to it. large pool area with a hot tub and a gazebo outside with a bbq eating area. there is training equipment for the horses, a water slide for your sims to have fun on.there is also a massive basement the stair go down from the garages this is empty so you can do as you wish with the basement. it is built on a 50x50 lot to buy the lot furnished it cost's $339,160
unfurnished $165,862.
the gardens are fully landscaped and there are 2 beautiful water features in the front gardens that i built myself.
this is the first lot i have built for the sims 3 so i hope you all like it, i know you will Cori my bff because it is all purple lol it did take a me a few day's to build it lol as i had some changes to do to it. there is some cc on this lot that has come from the sims 3 store.im sure if you do not have the curtains they will just be replaced with other curtains
