This lot is the small old shack from appaloosa falls, i have given it a makeover. so it isnt much of a shack no more. no cc has been used on the lot and will need all ep's and sp's to play apart from 70's, 80's & 90's sp. the lot has
1 bedroom
1 bathroom
basement
1 parking space
large kitchen
large living room
skills room
there is also a basement which is empty so i guess you could add more rooms or even an indoor swimming pool down there. or any trophys won in equestrian competitions. i have built a stable in the field and added some training equipment for your horse. this home is just perfect for any sim starting out as an equestrian and wanting their first horse.
