This lot requires all sims 3 expansion packs and stuff packs right up to seasons. 70', 80's & 90's stuff pack is not needed as i do not have it yet. this lot has
3 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
laundry room.
pool area
back porch
garage with 2 parking spaces one inside one outside
fully furnished and fully decorated.
also has a study and play area outside for the kids.
costs:-
furnished $359,332
unfurnished $138, 374
all the bathrooms have been decorated pretty much the same.
you could expand upwards if you wanted or just place this lot on a bigger plot of land this has been on a 50x25 plot of land.
no cc has been used at all on this lot. the mirror floors you see in the pictures are not included. you can download these by Murano over on TSR.
