This looks pretty damn good, my only regret is that I don't have all the EPs and SPs so I don't think I could use it w/o having to do something extra first.

If you have AL, you should be able to install it with Clean Installer.  AL changed something in packaged lots so you have to have AL to install anything created with it or any later EP.

Just dusted off my Sims2 discs and it looks like it might play in windows 8.1  huh so I'll give your cute little house a try. Grin
