WCIF Fairy necklace acessory? SIMS 2 FOUND

does anyone know where I can find something like this?
i found it while googling fairy necklaces for sims 2. the site i got the image from dosen't have the download.
i looked up sheepy-sims and i found her/his profile on modthesims.info but it wasn't up at all. I also tried the link to their website and it was down and he/she hasn't been online in a long time either. i also seen a lot of stuff like this for sims 3 but not sims 2.

I just want a necklace shapped like fairy. does anyone know where i can find one?

I actually found that exact picture, and followed the link... it lead me here Although I haven't downloaded it or been on that sight much so I'm not sure if its really the right thing but its worth a shot?
