(I have something to contribute so I hope you don't mind me posting in an older thread)
The Grim Reaper is his biological dad. Since Grim doesn't actually have a face, I think it's a clone of Nervous' because when I use the "Grimpregnation" option on Insimenator all of the babies that are born look exactly like Nervous (light skin, brown eyes, black hair) regardless of who mothered them.
