Normally the dorm cook does not need a refrigerator, it picks the food from the counters.

FYI, Nec told me today that in her OFB game the dorm cook show up on downtown community lots without the need of a mod.

I just tried it myself and it is true.  So people with OFB do not require this mod if they want it enable only on community lots.  This would be useful for those who wants them at their residential and/or business lot.

Thanks for making this, I have plans for a senior home down the road when ever I get my sims to become elders, It takes me forever to play a generation, I'm still on the first, I don't even have teens yet. I was going to use Christianlov-NPC just for the dorm cook.  So this will work so much better

No it doesn't cost your sims anything the food just appears like on college lots

I love your hacks, the ones I have tried so far are working great.   I want to know can I use this hack if I only have uni and NL?
  Right now I am using the christianlov  stove npc but if I can use this one, I can delete hers.

This one has ep3 code in it but I believe I still have an ep2 version that I used to use & never posted, I will look for it & post it in a little while
