This is Community lot and it can use as business lot too.
No hacks, no family. Custom content: 1 terrain paint by me, 1 terrain paint by BAD KID OH, and 1 floor pattern by Jobtwo.
Requires UNI, NL and OFB expansion packs and Holiday edition CD

Just amazing!  It reminds me of those "World of Tomorrow" buildings in the 1960s - only this is much better!  You have done an impressive job!  I love this =)
