Master bedroom on first floor and two nice sized bedrooms (all bedrooms have their own bathroom) on second floor. Large yard on the side of the house, and a fenced area for the trashcan (with a gate so people can't knock it over--if you remember to lock the gate, that is).

This house is built on a 3x2 lot and sells for 49K unfurnished.

NL-UNI-OFB required.

No custom content-no hacks.

Thanks, SML.  This was one of the first houses I ever built based on the blueprint of an actual house. So you know, this slanted roof exists somewhere out there IRL, and someone is up there now, replacing shingles.
