Time for another lot in the Suburbia Lane series

This is Suburbia Lane 1005. A medium sized, two story, family home in the middle of Suburbia Lane.
The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with optional dining area. A large family room combined with dining room
and you can access the basement via the stairs in the kitchen. Two large patio doors open up to the lush garden with
pool and a sundeck for those sunny days

The 1st floor houses the master bedroom with a large walk in closet and a shared bathroom with the smaller bedroom.
There is also room in the hallway for an entertainment area if you choose.
