This is a farmhouse I built a while ago. I think it may have been built pre-Nightlife because it doesn't have a driveway. You may not need anything but the base game to use it.

All of the custom wallpapers and floors were made by yours truly.

This "farm" sits on a 3X4 lot. The house has only one bedroom and a detached bathroom (it's a fancy outhouse, in other words). It is possible to reconfigure the bedroom and the bathroom to squeeze a small child's bedroom between them.

There's a little greenhouse-type building in the back.

It is unfurnished and sells for $50K.

oh, I like this. I'm just wondering if I'm going to use Echo's harvestable crops and make it into a real farm and see how well sims do that are forbidden to ever leave it (ie, must raise their own food, or sell food to buy new furniture), or if I put it down as a community lot and make someone buy it and make a flower shop out of it...

Home business? Raise food/flowers to sustain the home, while selling both crops and flowers to customers. Perfect...and bewautifully laid out.

That's a brilliant idea--wish I had thought of it. LOL
