This is my house (well, as close as I could get it)
It's actually a semi-detached in real life but with Maxis' building restirctions I've ended up turning into a detached house
3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, detached garage, garden shed, it comes in at about £36000.
It's furnished in the pictures to give an idea of how the layout should be but actually comes unfurnished, no custom content
EP wise, I have Uni, NL & OFB
Hope you enjoy this slice of Yorkshire!

Very nice! It reminds me of a friends former house in Croydon.
I love the room with the laundry racks and basket. I love that set, it's adorable.

Thanks for this, its great and i love the little shed (i turned into an artist studio)
my sims moved out of this house (didnt have enough bedrooms lol there were only 3 of them now theres 7 so i thought it was for the best lol)
