The Livingston offers plenty of space for a growing family, with a yard to play in and parking space for two cars. It is a suburban farm/ranch style house and has a covered porch for your Sims to sit and watch the cars go by.

Loft above the kitchen that is open to the living room below (makes a great game room or extra bedroom)

2 driveways

3x3 lot size

Cost:

76K Mostly furnished (needs bedroom furniture and finishing touches)
30K Completely unfurnished
