As requested:
This mod makes sims turns off the stereo when they are done dancing if nobody else is dancing.
I have only tested this mod with dance solo but it should work for smustle & dance together.
EP2 or greater is required to use this mod.
This mod is compatible with FFS & GLS.

So if two people are dancing and one stops, that person walks away and when the second person stops, assuming no one else joins in that last person will turn off the stereo?

Yes when there are no sims dancing the last sim will turn off the stereo.

Just installed the mod but I had no time to verify if it works right.
But, I noticed a new "feature", never had before.
A sim starts a solo dance, I queued other three sims to join her. After few sim-minutes they become to dance between, couple to couple, and every 3 or 4 sim-minutes they change the couples! Totally autonomously!
Very funny.

Thank You!  Half the time I delete the stereo because it drives me nuts!  This should cure that habit!

Maybe it should be more correct if
"turn off if in the room the TV is Turned ON"
"turn off if i'm going to sleep and no one is in the room"
