Adoption Service Enabled for Teens

This mod allows teens to adopt children using the adoption service.
 
I have only tested this with EP3 but it should work for all versions.
This mod is compatible with FFS &GLS.

I like it because I don't use the Inteenimater but I wanted my teens to be able to have children

It should be I don't think inteen modifies any phone globals but you can run the conflict utility to make sure

Thanks for this one. Anyway Family Teens always walk around with an Adoption wish balloon over head. It also avoids that you have to force teens to pregnance. Well done.
