The Villa Del Sol is a Spanish style house with a swimming pool in the center of it. It has two small bedrooms and a bathroom in one second floor section (above the kitchen) and a master suite in the other (above the living room). Both are accessible via spiral staircase. The two smaller rooms could be combined into one larger room, depending on your Sim family's needs.

If anyone sees anything in the lot that I have failed to mention here, please let me know. This lot was packaged with Clean Installer.
The grand piano in the pictures is not included, but can be downloaded from
here. The cars are also not included.
This lot only requires Nightlife. The furnished version is a large file, so if you're using a slower connection, you might want to consider downloading the unfurnished one instead.
Please note (with apologies) that the sections of driveway between the sidewalk and street are not filled in. I will try to get that corrected soon, but if you can't wait and need instructions on how to correct it yourself, open the cheats window (ctrl+shift+c) and type moveObjects on, then go into build mode and to the flooring section (brick subsection). Then select the R777 White Brick and apply it to the ends of the driveways. Don't forget to open the cheats window and type moveObjects off when you're done. Thanks!

(Sorry, this is the correct shot for the ground floor. Also, please note that the fenced area in the back was enlarged after this was taken.):
