This is BoA Kwon. She's a very famous singer in korea. I believe someone made her awhile back but I've made my own version. I found some longer hair that is almost exactly like hers. Enjoy!

I am not familiar with the celebrity - but she is a strikingly beautiful young woman, and you have done a superior job in capturng her likeness in a Sim! You have done great work here! Please continue to make sims! The community needs more artists willing to take the skins and genetics and make-up and craft beautiful Sims!

I'm sorry, not sure where that swimsuit is from. Your best bet would be to look around MTS2, since most of the clothes I have are there. Her hair is exactly the same, I just put her in a different hairstyle for that picture. =D
