There is no actual way except for making your sims fat...that way, in the third "trimester", they have a huge belly. Most of the big ones here are because of the clothes Cheesy

Yay, more legacy shots! (I'm hoping you guys still aren't sick of them, I still have  extremely cute toddler-twin shots, but I'll save those for later <3)


James is very excited about the baby! (wait untill you find out it's twins! Tssjk..)


And so is Marylena. (are you sure, you do know that there are 2 babies you have to get out of yourself?)
