This little house offers your Sims peaceful country living with all the comforts of modern life. It has a master bedroom on the main floor, and two ample bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It also features a pond, and a solarium that looks out over it. Your Sims will enjoy spending time there, either playing games or listening to music with friends or curled up reading a book and basking in the sunshine that will be flooding in through the windows.

4x3 Lot Size

81K Partially furnished (the upstairs is unfurnished except for the bathroom)
50K Unfurnished (except for bathrooms)

This is by far one of the coziest houses you've ever built. you just gotta love the positioning of the stairs in this one. My sim Clint has just found his new home in this one...
