The Branson is a lovely small town style home with lots of bouganvillea bushes out front and a lovely swimming pool and deck out back. It's perfect for entertaining, Southern Style. It has a large eat-in kitchen, and three bedrooms upstairs.

The house features a finished basement with a full bath. You can add walls to make more rooms, or throw in a pool table, a bar and a stereo and, voilà, instant party room.

Specs:

3 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
Living Room
Eat-in Kitchen
Basement
Single car attached garage
Swimming pool
Deck

3x3 lot

Cost:

110K mostly furnished
65K unfurnished (except for bathrooms)

Custom Content:

Ailias - Longhorn Balustrade in Clean White
4EFS - Outdoor plants
Amber1981 - Solid white recolor of Maxis shower curtain
Grapholina - Beveled glass door and Divine Lime Tree
Olemantiker - Mediterranean Build Set (plants)
Aussie Topenders - Cathy's Giant Bogainvillea
White tile wall by me

Notes:

This lot requires NL and OFB and CEP.

If you want to change the exterior color or finish, please note that because of the construction of the garage, you will have to use a solid color with no lines on the front wall (of the garage only).

Also, there is a little bleed-through from the Giant Babbling Bogainvillea bushes into one of the living room walls. You can cover it by placing a bookshelf there (and it's really not a bad place to have a bookshelf anyway). I had to choose between missing a bush on the outside or having this little imperfection on the inside.
