The Montego is a house you might find near the beach somewhere. It has big airy windows that let in a lot of sunlight and a porch that wraps around the side of the house on two levels. The front of the house is landscaped with lovely giant Oleander bushes and a fountain.

It has a spacious back yard, with plenty of room for a pool, if your Sims decide to have one put in. This house would be great for a family of 4-6. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and a master suite upstairs. The upstairs also has a loft that looks out over the living room that is perfect as an office or a game room.

Specs:

3 bedrooms
2 baths
Eat-in Kitchen
Living room
Loft
Double garage
Fenced yard

4x3 Lot size

Cost:

64K unfurnished (except for bathrooms)
111K mostly furnished (still needs your finishing touches)

Custom Content:

Divine Lime Tree - Grapholina
Australian Federation Double hung windows - darylmarkloc
Wood Project Floor - decosims2.tk
Giant Oleander Bushes - Aussie Topenders
Outdoor Plant by 4EFS
Shower curtain recolor by Amber1981
White tile wall by me

This lot requires NL and OFB and  CEP.

Thanks, Platinum. I think it would be a great yard for a puppy too. Or a bunch of kids.
