It took me three days and I am finally happy with it!! Fully furnished and decorated it has no hacks and costs just under $153,000 (a lot I know). It is built on a foundation with attatched garage and (the best part) a TOP LEVEL swimmable pool!!! (credits go to frillen7 at sapphiresims2 for teaching me how to make it and providing the water tile). You will need to acivate the "setHighestAllowedLevel 6" cheat to view the house correctly and if you want to modify it there are some instructions in the thumbnails that you MUST follow! Uni, NL and OFB are all needed for it to work.

I think you only need OFB for the pool tile, if you can find a different one that doesn't need OFB and uncheck the pool tile when you install the house using Sims2Pack Clean Installer, you should be able to use it fine Smiley
