This is a shirt that looks like a full back tattoo. Works on all skin types. Put on the "shirt" and there's the tattoo. Take off the shirt and tattoo is gone.
Special thanks to BeosBoxBoy, Marvine, et al for the wonderful BodyBuilder mesh. Necessary for this to show up in game and available on this site.
