I've built this one a long time ago
It's a nice place for hanging out... coffee, drinks, to play pool and throw darts... I have placed this lot in campus neighborhood and students really like the place
I think it would look much, much more nicer with retro style objects and decorations but I don't have any custom objects in my game (except recolors), so please feel free to re-decorate if you like
There's no custom content in it.
Needs Uni, NL and OFB.
