ok, seriously, yes it is perfectly possible to attach marvine's heels to any of warlokk's bodyshape meshes.  all i am doing is replacing warlokk's legs with marvine's legs/heels, then resizing the legs to match warlokk's originals.  not exactly innovative stuff.  
 
if you are looking for actual meshing tutorials, i highly recommend the ones here and at mts2.  this link should take you to the proper section at that site if you aren't familiar with it.  i have found everyone at both sites to be very helpful and patient.  there are specific tutorials on how to attach shoes as well.

i'd love to give you a better, more detailed answer, but the truth is that i haven't been doing this long enough to try to teach anyone else.
