Ali, I'm sorry this took so long, but I wanted it to be good. I hope you like it.

This is your own private island, completely surrounded by water (swimmable water, I might add). It even has a gate on the island side of the bridge to keep visitors out.

Note: To have Sims swim in the water, just click on the diving board on the pier and they will jump in. To make them get out, click on the ladder. I tested it, and it worked ok, but if for some reason a Sim manages to swim up on the land, just click on the ladder and tell them to get out and they will.
