As requested:
   The mod reduces the lifetime want requirements as listed below:
   
   Max 7 Skills changed to 5.
   Woohoo with 20 sims changed to 10.
   Have 20 simultaneous lovers changed to 10.
   Have 6 grand children changed to 3.
   1st date and dream date changed to 10.
   Own 5 top businesses changed to 3(Alt Version is changed to 1).
   Have 3 children graduate from college changed to 2.
   Eat 200 grilled cheese changed to 75.
   Marry off 6 children changed to 3.
   
   **Very Important note: these changes will only affect new sims that get these lifetime wants.
   
   make sure you read the included “Read This Before Installing.txt” before installing this mod**
   
   This mod was tested & approved by Serafina(Thank You)

does the new sim have to be entirely new because my child grew into a teen and got the 50 first dates instead of 10

It may work with rerolling the want, but it didn't work for the grilled cheese during testing with a sim that already had that want.
