This is a mini plantation home, made by request for Sophia. It has a master bedroom and two other rooms upstairs (one of them is smaller and could be used as a nursery or a pets room). The only bathroom is upstairs and is accessible from the hallway and the master bedroom. I enclosed the garbage can inside a fenced area with a gate--I don't know if pets get into the trash or not, but you know pissed off people will knock your trash over if they can get to it. The yard is also partially fenced with a little white picket fence.

I didn't furnish this one (except the bathroom) because I thought Sophia probably has her own plans for it.

Thank you so much for the nice comments, everyone. I just updated the thread because I forgot to mention which EPs are needed for this house. Even though it was made with Pets in mind, it does not require Pets.
