You will need the
MESH_Ju-Beos_barbienude240705
mesh for these to show up properly in your game.
Here are 16 pairs of underwear/pj's/swimwear for the bodybuilder.
They are organised into 2 sets with 8 outfits in each set.
Set 1.
Set 2.

The skintone was made by Derzicom over at
GSC2
and they should still be available for downloading.
