Yes, in adaptations of Maxis outfits that had them.  If the original didn't have it, neither do mine.

I have no idea, it would require a hack I imagine, to allow them to wear something besides the default maternity clothes.  I have not altered those at all, because I have no idea how they work, and I don't think you could select different sizes.  It's just the way Maxis programmed the maternity stuff.  There may be something in the InSIMinator hack set, I'm not really sure.

haha warlokk idk if u remember a few months back i asked u if u could convert them to work with pregnancy on the MTS2 site, and u said u dident no for sure how to make that work, but now u obviously do. I just find it amusing that you learn new things all the time even tho u r a pro mesher...

Huh?  The stuff that has pregnancy in it in the original outfits has always had the morphs in my versions... that's nothing new.  Teens on the other hand, I still have no clue about.  I just build on what's already there.  And I am far from a pro, trust me... I just had an idea and ran with it... and ran and ran and ran...
