Here's the third home in my country starter series. It's a bit more simple in design than my previous houses, but this was made with flexibility in mind. That, and I prefer more authentic designs than flashy.

It's perfect for a small family of 2-3 Sims to start with, and comes fully furnished for the low price of $19,722 Simoleans. It also has quite a large backyard for your Simmies and pets to run around in. Enjoy!

Features
Requires NL, OFB, and Pets
2x3 lot, Hack free
Price: $19,722 - Fully furnished
2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
1 car driveway

Custom Content Included
- Invisible Driveway and Extensions, by roddyaleixo
- Siding, porch tile, and wooden fence by Nengi65 at MTS2
- Oldwood Lattice in White by Loverat at MTS2
- Wooden Stairs *recolorable* by Numenor at MTS2
- White Stair recolor by Numenor at MTS2

Very nice, I especially like the fact it needs OFB :smt112 j/k hon Cheesy

Will you make a house that I can DL one day? How much cigarettes do I have to bribe you with? LOL

Thanks, dinksters. And well...one carton would be a good start, I guess. Hah! Then maybe I'll consider a house that doesn't require OFB.

Although, since you have Pets now, you could probably install the house with Clean Installer. You'll just have to add a new staircase - as the only OFB-related content in it is the split-level foundation.

(Nifty tool they added with that EP. Hah)
