This one I did just for fun and thought I'd share here.

It's essentially a remake of my third country-themed starter, only this time on a tiny 1x1 lot. It comes fully furnished and fit for a maximum of 2 Sims, all for the whopping price of $12,608 Simoleans. It also features fully-functional, on-the-street parking too!

Notes:
- If you have a service/NPC Sim coming, such as a gardener, adoption service, fire department, etc,  you'll want to stuff the included truck (or whichever vehicle you're using) into your inventory; otherwise it'll block the path of the incoming vehicle.
- The carnations in the flower box will need to be manually replaced with the "moveobjects on" cheat when they die. Or, replace them with something that doesn't require tending.
