Autentika - Everything you download is Zipped or rared, it means they are compressed and have to be decompressed first (check for uncompress tools Winrar or similar, zipped files can be uncompressed by Windows).
After decompressing you should place all items under the folder Downloads located in the folder where all your saved game is.
Make subfolders (if you have EPs) and name them Hairs, Clothing, Hacks or whatever you feel easier and place your decompressed dowloaded files in them

DL, thanks for the best modification of XMS 032. How did you contact Flora or whoever drives xmsims?
I use to recolor their meshes but have no clue if they have something against.
At least never got a veto.

On the XMSims site there is a place on the side that says "Contact Us" it will direct you to an email address.  I contacted them, asked permission and got an email directly from the great Flora herself.  LOL  It's that easy.  Also, there is a Policy page on most websites that will let you know what you can and can't do with their works.

I love this but it must have been done with pets because in my game they  show as a nude simbody instead of the hair? The recolors from the xm website show up fine. Guess I'll have to wait until I  can afford pets.
