I went to the site and looked. Its here:

CORRECT MESH: "LongAlphaSkirtAlSlides"
still at: http://www.2-f0r-u.de/sims2neu/index.html

It's under Meshes>Fashions>Female Adult. Look on Page 17. It's the second one on the top row. (Image says "alphaskirt with bumpmap and innerfaces")

Front page updated with new information.
