Wow, that is an amazing mod.
Though, in the download, it doesn't include any of those hot clothing selections.
Also in my game, his body is not as ripped.
Is there anything that I'm missing for the installation?

Ah, you have to put him in-game and exercise him. When he is fit, he will look ripped like in the pictures
I did write in the first post that he was packed with Maxis hair and clothing, so I am not deceiving you. The clothing in the pictures are all free, mostly from Mod the Sims 2. Look up Fanseelamb's stuff, and the modified Vampire outfit (Kanno, I'm talking about the outfit you are after here) is def. on MTS2. Also give SimsGoGoGo a visit, he has some awesome clothing there. Also look up my earlier creations on MTS2, you'll find a number of outfits for guys on there I haven't moved across here (mainly because if I pull them down, the date of when I first publicly posted those works would be lost).
I'm sure you'll find great clothes if you hunt those creators down!
