Packed with Maxis hair and outfit. I have all expansions though I don't believe you need any to play him. But you may need to have PETS because I do have it and used that bodyshop. I'm not possitive on it or anything but you might.

This is one of the best celebrity sims I've ever seen.  It really looks like him! Uncanny!  I didn't even have to read the name to recognize who it was.  Great work!
