There are much politer ways to constructively tell someone this.  Before posting anything of this nature, as yourself if this is something you'd want to read about something you worked hard on. Instead, try being helpful. It's less offensive to read something like "She's very pretty, but it would look more like her if you (insert suggestion here)".
