This house is my way to say thank you to JayAngel, who happened to help me in the emergency situation. Thanks much, dear
House features:
- lot size: 3x5
- price: $ 96`933
- requires Uni & NL
- partially furnished with maxis stuff (kitchen, bathrooms and some other stuff)
- first floor: kitchen, dining, livingroom with dancing corner, 1 1/2 bathroom, gym and garage
- second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, big terrace
- lot is landscaped with some plants and nice big pool on the backyard
