A house for a single sim #2 (Tiny 3floors House)

This tiny house has three floors.
It would be a luxury one for a single sim.
There is a extra room in 3d floor for guests who stay in here.
I think any EPs are not needen.

It is OK if you become a single mother.
You don't need a move.
2d floor
There is a guest room in the 3d floor.
This house is narrow but comfortable, I think.
