Your not the only one scalad. I am getting this blue screen with the sound going on in the back also. I have not been able to play my game for a while because of it.

I am going to do a reinstall of the game. I had one family I didn't want to lose. But I don't want to move in old neighbourhoods. I actually want to start a fresh. So What I might do is delete everything I don't want in my downloads and keep the stuff I do and then copy the folder over to the desktop. Uninstall the game, reinstall play the game without downloads and see if the problem occurs if it doesn't I will introduce the downloads folder

I finally did a reinstall but I can play the game in window mode with only a few downloads. So thanks for everyone's help. Sorry about the late reply.
