This is the Englewood. It is a cozy two-storey house on a spacious lot, with plenty of room for kids and pets to play outside. Like a lot of old houses you find these days, this one needs a little fixing up. The walls are plain white and the floor is wood plank. It's just waiting for you to add your personal touch.
The downstairs bathroom is rather large, and could double as a pet's room or a laundry room. It has a full basement that is unfinished, so as your family grows, you could add extra bedrooms, bathrooms or a playroom down there.
