I wasn't able to extract this, 7zip says it's not a supported archive... I've tried downloading the file like 4 times and still the same thing... I really want this house!

The file is WinRAR. Do you have this zip opener? If not then you can get it here:

I must say i like this house...i have a thing for beach houses...when my computer is fixed i think i will get this one.....Thanks nice job...if u make somemore beach ones i will be keeping an eye out for them...

7zip should have extracted it no problem as it works on both .zip and .rar.. I'm guessing there was just a problem with the download for some reason. Anyway I got the house off TSR today and it extracted no problem. Can't wait to play it!
