I’m a bit excited because this is my very first upload! So, hopefully, everything has been uploaded accordingly without any problems. I usually don’t build homes because there are so many wonderful houses available and that I’m a bit impatient to create some. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this home, I tested the house with my sims and it works well. Smiley
 
Features of the Sand Oasis:
- Lot size is 3x2
- Price is $59,735
- 3 bedrooms
- 3 baths
- 2 floors
- There are no custom content, all maxis
- Unfurnished, therefore, decorate the home to your own tastes.
- Requires both NL and Pets expansions
 
And please don’t upload anywhere. If this style of home generates some interest, I created other similar style homes that I may upload.

Interior: A note, the pictures show the house decorated, this is just to give you an idea of what you can potentially do inside, but the home is unfurnished.
First floor contains:
1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dinning, living areas and split levels.

 

 
Second floor contains:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, split level family room, and 2 balconies.
