Exterior:
Front - I added this front architectural feature. Originally it was just a straight arch over the driveways, but the straight line kind of got in the way when I was ingame with a sim. So I raised the arch up to its current look.
Back
Interior:
First Floor – The water feature is the pool. It circulates underneath the house, so the sims inside can watch those swimming, therefore, the transparent tiles are required for this feature. I tested this and it works fine.
The first floor has the family room, 1 bath, the kitchen and eating area and extra space to add anything you want.
Second Floor – 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a nice balcony and again some extra space
