This beginner House is built on a 1x3 lot.   It has 2BR, 1 Ba, and costs 12,486.   It has everything your starting Sim needs - except a double bed.    This house can be built on the center median in Strangetown.  I have all expansions (Uni, NL, OFB & Pets) and all stuff packs (FFS, GLS, HFS).

Yes, I love those narrow lots indeed...I've been putting lots on that median strip myself! A fine job...but I'm gonna have to hold off until I have Pets on my hard drive again....bah.
