How can i built my own living house with rooms ? Becayse when i try to go to edit,i can acess only some things !
I want to create where many students live in his room ! but how ?

What kind of lot are you building on?  You have full build features when playing a residential lot.  With a dorm, you are limited to making build changes from the neighborhood screen, which may require the lot not be occupied by a playable sim.

OK i want to make a house where live my student sims and npc student sims ! Everyone in his room. I forgot how this is called ! Nut i need to rebulid that houses where they live ! Player sims+npc sims.

OK, 4 easy steps:
1.  Place a residential lot the size you what for the dorm.
2.  Build your dorm.
3.  Open the cheat window and type "changelotzoning dorm".
4.  Save and exit to the Neighborhood.

When you reenter you'll have your new dorm.

And how to add that specific doors where to own a room ?

There are special dorm door in the build catalog.  You simply need to use them instead of regular doors.

johan - the doors for student rooms are in the doors section - they are the doors with the "bulletin board" looking thing on them.
